OSCT Indonesia as the largest Oil Spill Response Centre in Indonesia and one of the largest in the world was invited to attend the 2020 International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas on December 2nd – 4th, 2020.

Mr.Yodi Satya, BSc, MSc EDM, OSCT Indonesia, spoke at the 2020 International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas, presenting Operation support sector reliability (HSE, Port, Marine, Logistic) has an important role in supporting 1 million barrels oil combatting service assists PSC Contractor in reducing response time to prevent the escalation of the incident per day production goal by 2030.

• Reliability of each supporting facilities should be assured & guaranteed by PSC contractors that they are in good operating conditions.
• Emergency response system is one of the requirements to be in place according to HSE Management in all aspect of operational risks (production, project, drilling activities), including response of oil spill emergency.
• All PSC contractors to prepare & robust contingency plan, equipment, personnel availability as part of emergency response readiness in achieving effective, efficient &
  safe operations.
